Agri Add-On for South African Farms

Do you support farm workers?

Yes. The Agri Add-On supports farm workers covered by Sectoral Determination 13 (SD13) and seasonal workers. All SD13 minimum wage rules, deduction limits, and compliance requirements are built in.

Do you support seasonal workers?

Yes. Seasonal workers are fully supported with piece-rate logging, rain-day calculations, and a one-click rehire system for bringing back last season's crew.

How does piece-rate work?

You log daily output for each worker in any unit (kg, crates, baskets, rows). The system calculates earnings based on the agreed rate per unit and automatically applies SD13 minimum wage top-ups if the worker's daily earnings fall below the minimum.

Are payslips SD13 compliant?

Yes. Payslips for farm and seasonal workers include piece-rate earnings, minimum wage top-ups, rain-day pay, farm perks, and deductions, all formatted and calculated in compliance with Sectoral Determination 13.

How do Agri top-ups work?

The Agri Add-On includes 100 farm and seasonal workers. If you need more, you can purchase top-ups: +25 workers for R50/month, +50 workers for R100/month, or +100 workers for R150/month. Top-ups are billed monthly alongside your Agri Add-On.

What happens if I cancel the Agri Add-On?

If you cancel the Agri Add-On, your farm and seasonal worker data is retained for 6 months in read-only mode. You can still view and export records. Cancelling the Agri Add-On does not cancel your base plan. Your domestic and business workers are not affected.
