How to Add Farm or Seasonal Workers

Adding a Farm Worker

Go to Dashboard then Employees then Add Employee. In the worker type selector, choose Farm Worker. This option only appears if you have an active Agri Add-On.

Farm workers are governed by Sectoral Determination 13 (SD13). SA Wages Pro applies SD13 minimum wage rates and compliance rules automatically.

Adding a Seasonal Worker

Choose Seasonal Worker from the worker type selector. Seasonal workers are hired for a defined period and are counted in your agri worker pool.

How Workers Are Counted

Farm and seasonal workers are counted in your agri worker pool, which is separate from your standard plan pool. Adding a farm worker does not reduce your domestic or business worker allowance.
