Your Free Trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. During the trial you can add employees, generate payslips, create contracts, and use every tool.
You'll see a trial countdown banner at the top of your dashboard showing how many days remain.
Available Plans
SA Wages Pro offers plans based on the number of employees you manage:
- Household (1–2 employees) — from R29/month
- Small Contractor (3–5 employees) — from R39/month
- Small Business (6–10 employees) — from R49/month
- Estate/Larger teams (11–30 employees) — from R99/month
Annual plans save you money — pay for 10 months and get 12.
How to Upgrade
Go to Dashboard → Subscription. Choose your plan and click "Subscribe". Payment is processed securely through PayFast (South Africa's trusted payment gateway). You'll receive a VAT-compliant receipt after each payment.
What Happens After Your Trial
If your trial expires without subscribing, your data is kept safe but you won't be able to access most features. You'll be redirected to the Subscription page until you choose a plan. All your employees, payslips, and documents are preserved.
