Premium Pay: Overtime, Sunday, Public Holiday & Night Work
Payslips now work out the statutory premiums for you. Overtime is derived from the timesheet - hours beyond the ordinary working day become overtime at a flat 1.5x, with warnings when the 3-hour daily or 10-hour weekly limit is passed. Sunday pay is 2x, or 1.5x where Sunday is a rostered working day, and a short Sunday shift is never paid less than a full day's wage. Public holidays follow all four branches of BCEA s18, including the greater-of rule for a day the worker would ordinarily have worked. Night shift allowances apply the SD13 10% minimum for farm workers. Rates are set per employee, can be applied in bulk by employee or worker type, and can never be set below the statutory minimum.
SARS & UIF Forms
Reports now builds your statutory forms from the payslips you have already run. EMP201 monthly declarations (CSV and PDF), IRP5/IT3(a) tax certificates as a ZIP of PDFs plus a SARS e@syFile import file, and UI-19 declarations with the correct termination reason codes. Capture your PAYE, SDL and UIF registration numbers under Settings → SARS & UIF registration - they are checked against SARS's own check-digit rules as you type.
Agri Add-On: Production & Season Bonuses
Farm tasks now support production bonuses — reward workers who exceed daily or weekly output targets. Season-completion bonuses pay a lump sum for completing a full season with minimum attendance. Three flexible pay modes (fixed, fixed + piece-rate, piece-rate only) let you choose how output affects the payslip. All bonuses auto-calculate and appear on payslips.

Contracts, HR letters, and uploaded documents are now in one place. Filter by employee, generate HR documents or contracts, and upload files — all from the Documents page.
