How Payments Work
SA Wages Pro uses PayFast, South Africa's most trusted payment gateway. When you subscribe, you're redirected to PayFast to enter your payment details. PayFast supports:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant EFT
- SnapScan
Your payment details are stored securely by PayFast — SA Wages Pro never sees your card number.
Receipts & Invoices
After each payment, a VAT-compliant receipt is available from your Subscription page. You can download these for your records or for tax purposes.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you'll receive a notification. Your access continues for a short grace period while the payment is retried. If the payment continues to fail, your account will be moved to an expired state until payment is resolved.
