How Seasonal Rehire Works
When a seasonal worker's contract ends, their record is preserved. At the start of the next season, go to the Rehire panel to see all previous seasonal workers.
Click Rehire to restore the worker with their existing contracts, UIF details, COIDA registration, and notes. A new employment record is created automatically.
WhatsApp Onboarding
The rehire panel includes a WhatsApp link generator. Send onboarding instructions directly to the worker's phone so they can confirm their details before arriving on site.
