Grace Period Expiry

If the 48-hour grace period expires without successful payment, your account is moved to a paused state. In the paused state, you remain in read-only mode.

Impact on Agri Features

Agri features (piece-rate logging, work stoppages, rehire, farm perks) are also blocked during the paused state. Farm and seasonal worker data remains visible and exportable.

How to Resolve

Update your payment method from the Subscription page and complete a successful payment. Full access is restored immediately.
