Production Bonuses

How Production Bonuses Work
A production bonus rewards workers who exceed a target on a specific task. You set a threshold (e.g. 200kg per day) and a bonus rate (e.g. R1.00 per kg above the threshold).
The system tracks output per task per day (or per week) and automatically calculates bonus earnings for units above the threshold.
Daily vs Weekly Bonuses
Daily bonuses are calculated per day — the worker must exceed the threshold on a single day to earn the bonus. Weekly bonuses are calculated over a full ISO week (Monday to Sunday).
Daily bonuses reward consistent high performance. Weekly bonuses smooth out good and bad days.
On the Payslip
Production bonuses appear as separate line items in the agri summary step of the payslip wizard. Each bonus shows the task name, threshold exceeded, units above target, and total bonus amount.
When you confirm the payslip, bonuses are added as additional payments.
