Your Compliance Dashboard
3 min read — Updated February 2026
Overview
The Compliance Dashboard is your central view of how well you're meeting South African employment law requirements. It shows a compliance score and a breakdown of what's complete and what needs attention.
What It Checks
Your compliance score is based on:
- Employment contracts — does each employee have a signed contract?
- UIF registration and payments — are you registered and paying UIF monthly?
- COIDA registration — are you registered with the Compensation Fund?
- Minimum wage — is every employee paid at or above the legal minimum?
- OHS checklist — have you completed the Occupational Health & Safety checklist?
- Worker classification — is each employee correctly classified?
Improving Your Score
Each compliance item shows its status (complete, pending, or missing) with a direct link to fix it. For example, if an employee is missing a contract, click the item to go directly to the contract generator. Most items can be resolved in a few minutes.
A 100% compliance score means you're fully protected if a dispute arises. The CCMA looks favourably on employers who can demonstrate compliance.
