Uploading Documents
Go to an employee's profile → Documents. You can upload ID copies, work permits, qualifications, medical certificates, and any other relevant files. Each document can have an optional expiry date.
Expiry Tracking & Alerts
For documents with expiry dates (like work permits), SA Wages Pro sends automatic alerts before they expire. You'll see notifications on your dashboard and in the notification centre.
Work permit expiry is especially important — employing someone with an expired work permit can result in fines and legal issues.
Banking Details
You can store and verify employee banking details for payment records. Go to the employee's profile → Banking. This information is useful for your records but SA Wages Pro does not process payments directly — you still pay your employee through your bank.
