Using Quick Actions

What Are Quick Actions?
Quick Actions lets you complete common tasks right here — no page navigation needed. Generate a payslip, issue a warning, run a calculator, or record leave without leaving the page.
Access Quick Actions from the Workplace section in the sidebar.
What You Can Do
Quick Actions is split into two categories:
- HR Documents - Generate warnings, termination letters, employment confirmations, salary adjustments, maternity leave letters, reference letters, and certificates of service.
- Payroll & Leave - Generate a payslip, add a loan or advance, record leave, or run calculators (minimum wage, overtime, bonus, final pay).
How It Works
Search for an action or browse by category. Select an action, fill in the form, and you're done. Everything runs inline — no page navigation required.
Quick payslip handles UIF, loan deductions, and bonus calculations automatically. For complex payslips with custom periods or benefits, use the full payslip wizard from the Payslips page.
