Cancelling Your Base Plan
When you cancel your base plan, you retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account enters read-only mode for the 6-month data retention window.
Cancelling the base plan also disables Agri features if you have the Agri Add-On.
Cancelling the Agri Add-On
You can cancel the Agri Add-On without cancelling your base plan. Agri features are disabled at the end of the Agri billing period. Farm and seasonal worker data is retained for 6 months in read-only mode. Your domestic and business workers are not affected.
Access Rules After Cancellation
During the remaining paid period: full access to all features.
After the paid period ends: read-only mode for 6 months (view and export only).
After 6 months: data is anonymised per POPIA.
Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the retention window. All your data will be restored to full access immediately upon payment.
